Having trouble accessing your Pro account or student features? You’re in the right place.

This page covers common issues related to logging in, accessing Supersonics Plus, and managing student access.

If your issue relates to payments, invoices, or subscriptions, please use Pro Billing Support instead. If you’re experiencing a technical or app-related problem, use Plus Technical Support.

Supersonics uses two separate systems:

  • The main Supersonics website, used for purchases and subscriptions

  • Supersonics Plus, used to access Pro content and manage students

Each system has its own login and password. Resetting your password in one system does not affect the other.

If you’ve forgotten your password, make sure you’re resetting it for the correct system.

Supersonics Plus and the main Supersonics website each have their own password reset process, and they are not linked.

If you’re not receiving password reset emails, check your spam or junk folder first.

It’s also important to confirm that the email address on your account is correct.
Supersonics Plus uses your billing email address to determine login access.

If you paid using PayPal, Supersonics Plus may be using the email address associated with your PayPal account.

Try logging in using that email address, even if it’s different from the one you normally use.

If a student appears in your student list, their account is active and ready to use.

The welcome email is helpful, but not required. You can simply direct your student to the login page.

Supersonics Plus includes walkthrough videos for teachers and students explaining how to:

  • access content

  • manage students

  • print and use resources

These videos are the best place to start if you’re new to Plus or unsure how something works.
