This page covers billing and subscription questions for Supersonics Pro members.

Use this page if you need help with:

  • updating your payment details
  • changing billing frequency
  • cancelling your Pro membership

If you’re having trouble logging in or accessing Supersonics Plus, please use Pro Account Support instead. If you’re experiencing technical or app-related issues, use Plus Technical Support.

Payment details are managed through your Supersonics store account.

You can update your payment method at any time by logging in to your account and viewing your active subscription.

If your subscription type allows it, you can switch between monthly and annual billing through your account settings.

Changes take effect according to your current billing cycle.

You can cancel your Pro membership through your Supersonics store account.

Once cancelled, your access will continue until the end of your current billing period.

If you cancel your Pro membership and rejoin later, you may be subject to current pricing at the time you rejoin.

To retain your existing rate, your membership must remain uninterrupted.

Some long-term members are still billed through our previous ecommerce system.

If this applies to you, billing can continue to be managed through that system until your account is fully migrated.

  • the email address on your account

  • the type of billing issue you’re experiencing

This helps us investigate and resolve things more quickly. We’ll also always confirm details before making any manual changes to your account.
