Are you using the Plus app? (just type "yes" if you are). If you're using your browser please tell us the browser that you are using (e.g. Chrome)
You can find this by clicking on the main menu button in Plus (in the top right of screen). Please tell us the Plus version (e.g. Supersonics Plus v4.6.97) and the app version if you are using the app (e.g. App version v2.0.3)
When did this issue occur? Please be as specific as possible and specify your local time zone (e.g. Wednesday, 19th July at 4:20pm AEST). This helps us greatly as we can narrow down where we need to look in the Plus logs.
