  • missing pages

  • printing errors or damage

All printed books are produced on demand, and issues like these are rare — but if something has gone wrong, we’ll fix it.

To help us authorise a replacement quickly, this form requires clear photos of the issue. Please make sure your photos clearly show:

  • the affected page or binding

  • the title of the book

  • the nature of the printing error or damage

Incomplete submissions may delay replacement.
