Supersonics Piano FAQ

Digital PDFs

You will be emailed a download link immediately. You will also be able to access the files in your account

Some of our products are delivered as zip files. All major operating systems have the facility built in to open these files. If you are having any problems try the fixes on this page.

In the unlikely event that you can’t view a digitally downloaded PDF or if there is some problem with the printing process, simply change your PDF viewer or adjust your settings. Adobe Acrobat is generally best for Windows PCs and Preview is best for Macs. If you are using Adobe Acrobat, choose “Print As Image” from the “Advanced” tab when you print.

To maximize the size of the piece on the page you may like to adjust your printer’s margins to make the pieces fill up as much of the page as possible. It is usually best to print as “actual size” rather than to “fit to page”. We’ve also included high-resolution PDF covers for the pieces. You can use these to print a very nice looking cover if you like.

Printed Books

All orders are printed on demand at the closest print facility to you. You can check delivery time frames here.

If you’ve received the wrong book(s) or your order was printed with errors, fill out this form and we will fix things for you 🙂

You’ll be asked to provide photos of the issue so we can authorise a replacement.

Supersonics Pro — Accounts & Access

Supersonics uses two separate systems:

  1. the main Supersonics website (for purchases and subscriptions), and
  2. Supersonics Plus (for accessing Pro content)

Each system has its own login and password. Resetting your password for one system does not automatically reset it for the other.

If you’ve forgotten your password, make sure you’re resetting it for the correct system.

Supersonics Plus and the main Supersonics website each have their own password reset process, and they are not linked.

If you’re not receiving password reset emails, check your spam or junk folder first.

It’s also important to check that the email address on your account is correct.
Supersonics Plus uses your billing email address to determine login access.

If you paid using PayPal, Supersonics Plus may be using the email address associated with your PayPal account.

Try logging in using that email address, even if it’s different from the one you normally use.

If a student appears in your student list, their account is active and ready to use.

The welcome email is helpful, but not required for access. You can simply direct your student to the login page.

Supersonics Plus includes walkthrough videos for teachers and students that explain how to access content, print resources, and navigate the platform.

These are the best place to start if you’re new to Plus or unsure how something works.

Supersonics Pro — Billing

Payment details are managed through your Supersonics store account.

You can update your payment method at any time by logging into your account and viewing your subscription.

If your subscription type allows it, you can switch between monthly and annual billing through your account settings.

Changes take effect according to your current billing cycle.

You can cancel your Pro membership through your Supersonics store account.

Once cancelled, access will continue until the end of your current billing period.

Some long-term members may still be billed through our previous ecommerce system.

If this applies to you, billing can still be managed through that system until your account is fully migrated.

Supersonics Plus — Known Technical Limitations

Supersonics Plus may not perform well on older devices.

If you experience slow performance or loading issues, try switching to a newer device if possible. Plus works on phones, tablets, laptops, and desktop computers.

Printing from a web browser on iOS devices can be unreliable.

For best results, use the Supersonics Plus app when printing from an iPhone or iPad.

Both versions work, but some tasks perform better in different environments.

If you experience an issue in the app, switching to the browser version can often resolve it, and vice versa.

General FAQ

Supersonics uses a simple grading system designed to align broadly with major exam boards.

This helps you choose appropriate repertoire without locking you into a single exam system.

You can browse and search for content in multiple places depending on what you’re looking for.

Individual pieces can be found in the digital shop, while method books and collections are grouped by series and level.

Supersonics Plus also includes its own search tools.

Supersonics products are priced consistently throughout the year.

Rather than running sales, discounts are already built into our membership.
